The shipment will be made within 48-72 hours of purchase if the item is in stock or when the item is finished. If you need an urgent shipment you can contact us for price. If the item its not in stock shipping can delay even 5 days. We are a handmade brand and sometimes we have to make your order specially for you.
Shipments are made via Post, certificated form.Geek Skin is not responsible for delays or loss of items in the mail.

If the shipping company cant delivery the order, Geek Skin customer has to pay the cost of resendig.
By law underwear and products made to order do not accept returns or exchanges.
Merchandising and other products may be returned provided they are unworn and come in their original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged.
Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
You have 14 days from the reception of the product for any exchange/return.
